Marnie Sbordone
Service Writer
Marnie has been a valued member of the Shaker's Quick Lane team for 16 years, currently serving as a Service Writer. Born in Waterbury and raised in Watertown, Marnie developed a passion for cars early in her life - a passion that has grown alongside her enjoyment of working with people. An avid animal lover, Marnie has a rescued Pit Bull and finds joy in arts, painting, and hiking. In her free time, she loves to garden, tending to her plants with care.
Dom Alves
Master Technician
Dom has been with the Shaker Auto Group family for 34 years, serving as a Master Technician and holding the title of Master Ford Certified Mechanic. Originally from Portugal, Dom speaks fluent Portuguese and has called Connecticut his home for 48 years. He and his wife, Kathy, have two children, and together they share a passion for traveling. Dom is also a proud pet owner of two dogs, a Poodle and a Labradoodle, adding to his lively household.
Jospeh Dionne
Auto Technician
Joseph is a seasoned technician at Shaker's Quick Lane, bringing over two decades of expertise to our team. He joined Shaker's Quick Lane four years ago and has quickly become a dependable member of our team. In his free time, Joseph enjoys working on cars and spending time in nature, often going on hikes to reconnect with the outdoors.
Ben Callahan
Auto Technician
Ben is the newest automotive technician on the team, brining a strong passion for the field and a drive to continually expand his knowledge. He enjoys working on cars every chance he gets and takes pride in staying informed on the latest developments in the industry, while also holding a deep appreciation for classic vehicles. Outside of the shop, Ben is passionate about music and spends much of his time playing the guitar and drums. He also has a creative side, with a love for visual art and anything that allows him to express his creative side.
Kenneth Colon
Parts Manager
Kenneth is a dedicated Parts Manager at Shaker's Quick Lane, where he has contributed his skills for five years. He began as a technician, a role he held for a year and a half before transitioning to the parts department, where he continues to excel. Beyond work, Kenneth and his wife are passionately committed to adopting senior dogs, providing a loving home to those most in need of care and attention. Kenneth is a hands-on individual, always eager to dive into homeowner projects, lend a helping hand to his family, and cherish the moments spent with loved ones.
